Who we are:

 

Mick Smyth fine furnituremaker has a small workshop in South Tipperary. We design and manufacture handcrafted freestanding furniture and bespoke kitchens. We deal with our customers directly and are at the higher end of the market.

 

Who we are looking for:

 

We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, with a potential high level of skill and with the ability to use woodworking machinery and hand tools. The applicant must be willing to learn and adapt to the various tasks that would be performed in our workshop. Own hand tools are essential as well as a good sense of humour.

 

The work:

 

We manufacture furniture and solid kitchens, using professional woodworking machinery and hand tools. The work also involves installing and fitting of kitchens. All the furniture is made from solid hardwood. Close attention to detail is paid at every level of the manufacturing process, thus ensuring a piece of furniture that is both durable and long lasting.
